With a plethora of products and solutions across the Digital Experience Cloud business, it was time for Adobe to strengthen their category awareness and position Adobe’s leadership in Digital Experience. This started with elevating above solutions, into Portfolio positioning.
We started by developing an integrated strategy framework which could apply across every portfolio. This informed alignment across the customer journey, across all owned, earned and paid channels and disparate marketing & sales teams for ANZ, Asia and India. With this in place, creative development could begin.
The creative brought to life the Personalised Insights and Experience portfolio with the idea of ‘Whoever you talk to, make it personal’ showing what it takes to uncover customer insights, and form a single view of a customer to deliver personalisation at scale.
